1.1 Understanding the Service

• The services, games, and features on this platform are available in accordance with the terms set out in this Agreement.

This agreement is written in the Burmese language. In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the original, the original Burmese version shall prevail.

• Accounts opened with false information may be investigated and closed.
• Players must notify us immediately if any of their account details change.
• We may request a player's national ID card or other identity document if required.

2.4 Account Security

Players are responsible for keeping their account login credentials (username and password) secure. 39bm is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access. Report any suspicious account access to us immediately.

3.1 Deposit Requirements

• Minimum deposit amount: 3,000 Ks (for any payment method).
• Payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer.
• Deposits will be credited to your account after we have verified the transaction.
• Payments not made in the player's own name cannot be accepted — players must deposit using their own name only.

3.2 Withdrawal Requirements

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 30,000 Ks.
• Withdrawals are normally processed within 1 hour of the request being made.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the player's data verification is complete.

3.3 Financial Restrictions

We reserve the right to monitor players' deposit and withdrawal activity in accordance with our anti-money laundering and responsible gambling policies. Players agree that any financial information may be disclosed to regulatory authorities if legally required.

4.1 Welcome Bonus Terms

The 39bm welcome bonus matches 100% of your first deposit as a bonus, up to 500,000 Ks. The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (15x) before any withdrawal can be made.

4.2 Restrictions While a Bonus is Active

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn immediately — withdrawal is only permitted once the required wagering is complete.
• Playing games not approved by us while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Each player may receive the welcome bonus once only.
• If you withdraw while a bonus is active, you may lose the right to that bonus.

4.3 Other Promotions

We may update our VIP programme, referral programme, and other promotions from time to time. The terms for each promotion can be found on the relevant promotion page. If a player is found to be acting against the promotion terms, 39bm reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or winnings awarded.

5.1 Game Outcomes

Game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring fair play. Server records are the final authority in resolving any disputes.

5.2 Connection Issues

• If your internet connection drops during a game, you can log back in and check the result.
• If a game stops due to a server failure, we will settle any funds according to our records.
• If the server records and the player's records differ, we will act on the server records.

5.3 Game System Errors and Actions

If 39bm determines that a result was invalid due to a game software error, technical fault, or incorrect display, those rounds will be voided and any funds already settled will be returned — no additional payments will be made.

The following conduct is prohibited on this platform. Violations will result in account closure and fund confiscation—

• Using software (bots) to predict game results unfairly
• Abusing bonuses in bad faith — for example, playing only specific game types to convert a bonus
• Colluding with other accounts
• Playing with funds that were not deposited by yourself
• Money laundering and suspicious deposit/withdrawal patterns linked to it
• Conduct between players that could lead to criminal offences
• Cheating or deceiving the platform or other players

7.1 Closure by Player

If you want to close your own account, contact us via Live Chat or at [email protected]. Any remaining balance at the time of closure can be withdrawn if it meets the applicable requirements.

7.2 Closure by Us

• We may close an account without prior notice if we find a breach of terms, fraud, or illegal conduct.
• Any fund confiscation will only be carried out after a full investigation.

7.3 Self-Exclusion
